A purchase order sent by you shall be construed to be a written acceptance of this quotation and offer to sell. However, unless accepted in writing by an authorized employee of FNB-TRENDS, any terms and conditions contained in any purchase order, acceptance, acknowledgment, or other documents that you submit to FNB-TRENDS that are inconsistent with, different from, or add to the terms and conditions of this quotation will be null and void. The terms and conditions of this quotation shall control in their stead.

Due to the format of delivery of our research studies, we cannot accept refunds. However, analyst support will be provided to address any queries post-purchase.

You may not terminate the contract created upon acceptance of this offer, and you agree to make the payment in full as laid out in this document.

They are being used in a modified and minimalistic way as an ideal reference for the market of interest.

2. How FNB-TRENDS Uses Information

FNB-TRENDS does not guarantee against all unauthorised disclosure, alteration, or destruction or Information.

5. Changes to Policy

5.1 Discretion to Make Changes. FNB-TRENDS may change this policy at its discretion.

5.2 Notice of Changes. FNB-TRENDS shall provide reasonable notice of any such changes on the Website.

5.3 Acceptance of Changes. Refund Policy

The customer will remit payment to FNB-TRENDS as indicated on the website, acknowledging and agreeing to all the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, GDPR Policy, and Refund Policy while effecting payment via credit card or wire/bank transfer (through Invoice). Note that the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, GDPR Policy, and Refund Policy are also provided within the invoice. The customer assumes responsibility for any applicable usage, sales, and associated taxes, as well as customs charges.

Once the payment is made, the purchasing decision becomes irrevocable. The company does not entertain product returns after delivery due to the delicate and modifiable nature of the data. Since the information is in digital form, it cannot be refunded or returned. Additionally, considering the confidentiality and inherent value of the data contained in the reports, refunds will not be granted after the report has been dispatched. However, customization of the report may be provided if it lacks or contains incomplete data.
